Broken.

The place with the 5 platforms that I assume are activated by the crystals in your possession didn't all work. Even though I had all 5 crystals, only 3 of them activated.

Otherwise a decent game. Fix the code, though.

False assumption. The crystals activate the cage on the far left of the lava section. The platforms are activated by rescuing 5 brothers.

It's not exactly a feast for the eyes...

However, it has potential in the smooth play engine. The best games are built on gameplay -- which this has. All you need now is to work on making the backgrounds interactive (and a little more eye catching), adding to the animation of the enemies and varying their attacks a bit more. It was a little monotonous with them only ever coming out of 4 spots and only ever having 2 possible motions once they appeared. You mention health items in later levels (that aren't constructed yet I gather), but you may also want to consider weapon upgrades (especially if the attackers start carring better weapons).

The basic storyline behind it is pretty vague and I'm not really sure why if the government is after him that he's being attacked by doctors, but I'm guessing all will be made clear if/when you finish this.

All in all it's pretty basic, but you've got it running smooth. For that you get a 3/5 and a 7/10.

Thankyou, yes I kind of thought it was dumb to have only 4 entrances with ALMOST the exact same pattern of enter/exit. I'll fill in the story with cutscene's in the full version, and on each level I will have a different weapon for the player. Good constructive critisizm. :)

[Five In One Tutorial]

It's still buggy.

When it got to the onion skin part of the animation tutorial the perspective narrowed and I wasn't able to access any of the buttons. I rewound it and it was still zoomed in. I tried to fix it but had to close it.

Anywho, pretty cool game. Fairly high addiction level. Do fix that level skipping thing, though.
