Someone needs to make a new version of that...
I first heard that soundtrack after the credits in Summoner, and it's funny every time. However there's a slight problem in that it's in danger of becomming too overdone. 'All Your Base' succumbed to the damning pop-culture demon known as annoyance, and this soundtrack is in danger of falling under that same double-edged sword.
The issue of D+D's poisoning of the minds of helpless, innocent children may end up being ignored again if the annoyance factor persists. That cannot happen! We must take a stand and ensure that this does not happen for our children's sake.
Or at least so we have some new stuff to laugh at...
Very Tim Burton of you.
I was always a fan of Edward Scissorhands, Nightmare Before Christmas, etc.. If I'm right you drew at least some inspiration from that kind of dark, surreal world. The song fits the style perfectly, and the symbolism is prevalent.
Very nicely done.
You should work on the animation a little bit, but that's about all that really needs any work -- and even that worked well enough.
Thanks, glad you enjoyed this peice.Animation wise your right I still even now have alot to go..but half of fun of getting there is experimenting with new things.I always been a huge fan of dark symbolism and other visuials and sounds of the macarbe,so thats were I draw alot of my ideas..ever since I was little its always interested me.Glad you enjoyed my work and took the time to write your opinion :)
Um...
I'm writing this review so the retard with the free advertizing scheme loses his front page billing.
As a matter of fact...
I'm not a DBZ fan by any definition of the word, so if I missing some underlying context to this that's why. However it's just plain funny.
This is a case of taking one line from a show (a particularly retarded line for that matter) and creating a running gag of sorts -- except there's no plotline for the gag to run over (the gag is the plotline).
All I have to say is this: "His stupidity is beyond belief!"
Well that just sucked monkey balls...
Too loud.
Too stupid.
Too plotless.
Too pointless.
Please don't make any more.
It's craptacular! Really...
OK, so you've managed to entertain the Howard Stern fans, but what about the rest of us? The sound is the only redeeming quality (and I use that word loosely) I can find in this steaming pile of 'roses'.
However the 'teaser' one was funny...
I think we can all agree that the new Catwoman movie will rank right up there with Daredevil and Mario Bros., but was it really necessary for her to miss that much?
Why not celebrate the end of Halle Berry's career by making a flash based on her infamous X-Men line? You can stack it right next to the Wachowski(sp?) brothers credibility and the Batmobile.
Nice, stylized look at a very confusing tale.
I've never quite figured out how the whole Legend of Zelda tale rolls out -- as I doubt anyone else has except perhaps the creators. This successfully links the first two games together -- sort of -- and does it with no small amount of attitude. The drawings are somewhat malformed, but they're consistantly malformed which suggests intent. The scale and frequency of the visuals is enough to make up for any lack of perfected anatomy and details -- they're rendered unimportant. Overall a well made series with an interesting take on -- as I said -- a confusing tale.
Thanks, I think that is maybe the best and most well-thought out review I have gotten so far.
Somewhere between the incandescent dreams cascading through my subconscious, and the derisive reality signifying eternal discontent, I ride a wavelength above conceptualization, but below the apex of understanding, awaiting an epiphany.
